The Marinha Dourada sits in a beautiful tranquil spot, on the shores of a lake. This lowrise whitewashed building has many different facilities available too, including three pools (one children's), a steam room, whirlpool bath and beauty parlour with a full range of treatments. For the guest who likes to exercise to relax, there is a gym on site here too. The restaurant here is excellent, serving up good fish dishes, traditional Goan food, and international foods. Four evenings a week there is live music in the resort, as well as a quieter bar to sit and spend an evening with cocktails. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious, with its own separate seating area and private balcony.
