We're back from our week holiday to the Chandris in Dassia. I have to say, we were very pleased with the hotel, it exceeded all our expectations. You've got to be impressed when you walk through the door and see the quality of what the hotel offers. The rooms were huge compared to what we've had before and were only recently done up, we couldn't believe the amount of space we had!
The location of the hotel is great, only a short walk through the hotel gardens to the beach. We were never short of a sun bed round the pool and didn't have to worry about getting up at the crack of dawn to secure one. We did prefer the beach though, it wasn't as warm as the pool and that was great for us.
The food at the hotel was better than we hoped for, plenty of selection and something for all tastes a lovely English breakfast on offer as well! The resort was also good with a decent selection of bars and restaurants but nothing that would knock your socks off! Don't worry about anything you've heard on this hotel, we are very impressed Thomson customers.

Kevin Davies stay during July 2006.
Very impressed with this hotel. Spacious, clean and well worth the new Thomson Platinum rating. All rooms appear to have pool and sea views. We had a side sea view overlooking the beutiful gardens. Spent most of our time down the beach as we foud the pool area a bit of a sun trap. Rooms were large and appeared to have been recently decorated. For the more romantic of you there is a floor to ceiling mirror at the bottom of the large bed. Good variety of food. Quite a few traditional English and Greek dishes. A number of good quality bars in the resort. About a dozen in total. As we were away for a chillout week this really suited us. Hotel bar prices were a tad expensive.
Book this hotel and you will not be disappointed.
